Eagle City Winery - Retiring from the winery business, a final farewell!

ANNOUNCEMENT: Dear Friends, when we began making wine commercially 18 years ago we were among a few wineries in the state of Iowa, and today about 100 wineries are sprinkled across our beautiful state. We've been proud to help rebuild this now thriving wine industry in Iowa, and pleased to know we've helped many new winemakers and grape growers learn their trade. We also realize we couldn't have done this without the support, love and encouragement from family, friends, wine consumers, visitors and tourists, retail partners, state organizations and pioneers, and our winery friends.

As we reminisce about the long road we've traveled, the friends we've met along the way, we are now turning our attention towards our family and today we're formally announcing we'll be closing Eagle City Winery on March 30th.
