wine with the flavor of apples, peaches and melons.

pre-eminent dry white in California and perhaps world wide. Often
treated in a "Burgundian" style, which is barrel fermented
with some noticeable oak flavors and aromas. Descriptors include: fruit
character . . . apple, pear, pineapple, peach, citrus. Barrel and wine
making components include oaky, vanilla, coconut, spice, buttery.
