 This
is a light bodied, highly aromatic white wine enhanced with
elderflowers. It has a floral bouquet with the flavor of peaches,
pears and melons.
A white variety associated with the Rhine Valley in Germany and other cool regions in Europe. It is successfully grown in the Americas, producing a very floral and fruity wine, often finished with high acid, low alcohol and some residual sugar. If infected with the appropriate amount of botrytis, it can produce outstanding late harvest wines. |
